Selection Process
Participation in our program is exclusive and by invitation or referral only, ensuring that each individual meets the high standards and rigorous requirements of Apex Valor Group.
Our streamlined selection process is designed to ensure participants are well-prepared for this transformative experience while minimizing time and effort. Completing all requisite forms and assessments should take approximately 15 minutes in total.

Here’s what to expect:
1. Invitation and Eligibility

Candidates are invited through direct invitation by our leadership team or via recommendation from an approved referral.

3. Personality Assessment

Candidates complete a brief personality assessment designed to ensure the best experience for all participants. This assessment helps us align program elements with individual strengths and goals, fostering a cohesive and impactful environment.

2. Application Submission and Initial Review

Candidates are required to complete the application form and the Physical and Medical Questionnaire, as well as submit the following signed documents:

Once all materials are received, our team will conduct a background check and evaluate eligibility based on key criteria, including physical fitness and medical clearance. This thorough review ensures that participants are fully prepared for the program's challenges and aligned with its requirements.

4. Final Selection and Commitment

Selected candidates are notified by email and provided with program details.
